Real Estate Assessed Valuation Appeal (Commercial)

The Cook County Assessor’s Office now integrates characteristics and Real Property Income and Expense (RPIE) filing as part of every appeal on income-producing property. The Official Rules of the Cook County Assessor, are available here , states that appeals filed with no or incomplete RPIE information may result in a “no change” appeal result.
